18-year-old Kerry rose to fame in 1999 as a member of Atomic Kitten. This is an all-female pop trio created by Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark frontman Andy McCluskey. In Late November 1999, their debut single “Right Now” was released and reached number 10 on the UK Singles Chart. They followed this with a second single, “See Ya” released in March 2000, and was an even bigger success reaching No. 7. Following this initial success, the girl group performed an Asian tour and scored their first No. 1 hit with “Cradle”. Thus “Whole Again” went on to become the group’s first number one hit in the United Kingdom and stayed at the top for four consecutive weeks.
